NEURAL is a static site generator. There is no server-side database, no user accounts, no tracking cookies set by us. The page you are reading is a pre-rendered HTML file; the only "state" lives in your browser's local storage, and only if you choose to use the H-reflex voting widget.

Third-Party Carriers

We load fonts from Google Fonts, animation libraries from jsDelivr CDN, and the ambient Three.js neural field from the same CDN. These providers may set their own cookies and log request metadata (IP, user-agent) per their respective privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
